Terms & Conditions

Every care is taken to maintain our elderly vehicles in good condition, but in the unlikely event that the car booked is unable to complete the booking due to mechanical failure, accident or any other cause whatsoever, we reserve the right to substitute the car at short notice, whilst we will do our upmost to provide a satisfactory alternative, or return any pre paid deposit or hire charge, no liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.

A non-returnable deposit of £25.00 per car is required with the booking form the balance of the hire charge is payable 1 week before the wedding. Please make cheques payable to "Brooklands Vintage Wedding Cars."

Please note we operate a no smoking policy in our vehicles.

Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions. Payment of deposit signifies such acceptance.
